Firstly thank you so much for your interest! There are a few ways you can get involved...1) As an Attendee
Fun fact! You can just attend!
You'll get a gold star for coming prepared with x3 poses (including a silly one) and making sure we receive your username & cosplay for future credit!2) As a Photographer
Each meet will have an official photographer. This will mean they are prioritised for sight-lines during group shots as well as calling the literal shots while shooting said groups.
BUT YOU ARE STILL WELCOME TO JOIN IN IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- You have at LEAST ONE public social media account that you can be tagged with for credit & traceability.
- You are not a safety concern in terms of previous conduct and testimonies.
- You have a willingness to share your work to @metraplans' Facebook page for meet attendees to easily access.
- YOU DO NOT USE ANY LEVEL OF GENERATIVE A.I. OR LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS IN YOUR WORK. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.Note: No level of experience is expected but if your accounts include examples of your work you have a greater chance of being allowed back/being considered to be an official photographer.If you fit these criteria, please DM me on @metraplans (Instagram) for onboarding and appropriate crediting to be sorted out ahead of time.3) As a Co-Host/Organiser.
